MY COMMITMENT TO SAFETY & ETHICS

Professional Standards & Training
Extensive Qualification: Trained under rigorous international standards (including GPBA-accredited curriculum frameworks requiring 400+ hours of comprehensive study) covering respiratory physiology, somatic awareness, and emotional integration.
Ongoing Development: I maintain a dedicated personal practice, participate in regular professional supervision, and pursue ongoing clinical development to provide neutral, grounded, and present guidance.
Scope of Practice: I respect the boundaries of my competency. If a client's needs fall outside the scope of integrative breathwork, I will provide a referral to a qualified medical or mental health professional.
-

Boundaries & Somatic Consent
Explicit Consent for Touch: Somatic touch or physical support is used strictly with your explicit prior consent. Your personal boundaries, physical comfort, and sense of safety always come first.
Strict Professional Boundaries: The therapeutic space is held with complete ethical integrity. There is zero tolerance for romantic or sexual dynamics, protecting you in a state of vulnerability.
Confidentiality: Everything shared or experienced within our individual sessions or group containers remains completely confidential.
-

Individualized Guidance & Health Screening
Tailored Approach: Every nervous system is unique. Sessions are never forced into a one-size-fits-all model; intensity ranges from gentle, restorative nasal breathing to deeper energetic journeys based on your readiness.
Health Protocols: Prior to deep breathwork sessions, a thorough intake process is conducted to assess contraindications (such as cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or recent surgeries) and adjust the practice safely.
Client Empowerment: While I provide a safe and professionally held container, you remain fully in control of your journey and your body at all times.
-

Transparent Process & First Steps
Initial Consultation: We begin with an open conversation to discuss your intentions and determine whether integrative breathwork is the right modality for your current goals.
Clear Mutual Agreement: Pricing, session duration, and cancellation policies are always communicated transparently before we begin working together.
"Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriending what is going on inside ourselves."
— BESSEL VAN DER KOLK, M.D.
MY APPROACH
Safety, deep somatic presence, and scientific integration shape the way I work.
Rather than forcing a rigid, one-size-fits-all method, I combine conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, and Voice Dialogue to match your unique nervous system. By bridging traditional breathing modalities with modern body-based tools, we safely access deep emotional release and untangle chronic physical tension.
Grounded in strict professional ethics, complete confidentiality, and absolute respect for your boundaries, I offer a calm space where you are always in full control of your transformation.
