„I won't carry your weight for you, but I will hold the space while you reclaim your strength.”
To move forward, you have to move in reverse.
When we build something, we usually focus on the future. Yet we must realize that all our power and resources are drawn from the past. Trying to create something new while looking solely ahead—without understanding what supports our feet—detaches us from our true source of strength. Everything we project into the future is, in reality, the very same power standing right behind us.
Moving in reverse does not mean turning around and going back—that would be running away.
Moving in reverse means holding your direction in view while walking in a way that reconnects you with every point of strength you already possess. By understanding and transforming your history, your future naturally shifts. Another way to describe it is sailing with the wind—allowing the force from behind to push you forward. These sources of strength are rooted in our parents, lineage, culture, traditions, past experiences, and everything we tend to deny within ourselves.
Conscious breathwork is a tool that allows you to look within and understand why things happened the way they did. Once you truly comprehend and integrate this, your path forward becomes crystal clear—and your own power will simply carry you there.
However, if you simply want to forget everything, wipe the slate clean, and start from scratch—I am not the guide for you. I don't offer escape; I offer a path back to your strength.
Hi!
My name is Romāns Klintsons, but everybody is calling me Romich.
I grew up in a family where I was mostly left to fend for myself. My parents frequently drank, partied, and rarely worried about where I was wandering off to all day, how my day had gone, whether I had brushed my teeth, done my homework, or had proper clothes for school. Don't get me wrong—I was fed, but I had to constantly worry about it myself. I was clothed, but my clothes were often dirty, torn, and my shoes unfit for the weather. I managed to deal with it all, but at what cost?
It was only after years in breath therapy that I truly understood how unmet basic needs in childhood lead to chronic stress—a silent force that gradually accelerates toward destruction. Stress is the root of all disease. Influenced by our place of birth, time, parents, and society, stress manifests differently in each of us; the unique nuances of our past shape our health outcomes.
Merely existing in life, working a job I hated with a high sense of responsibility, while "self-medicating" in the evenings with addictive substances, I eventually suffered a severe nervous breakdown. The doctor labeled it as vegetative dystonia. I would wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding so fast I thought I was going to die.
Having almost always relied on natural herbal remedies since childhood, I didn't even buy the antidepressants prescribed by the doctor. Instead, I decided to seek healing through a Buffo ceremony with a shaman. For those unfamiliar, Buffo is the secretion of the Colorado River toad—currently one of the most potent psychedelics known to humanity.
What I experienced then is called a terrifying "bad trip." Without proper integration and post-ceremony support, I felt even worse for about a year. I was terrified of falling asleep, fearing I would die. But while death had previously seemed like a way out, after Buffo everything turned upside down—a persistent feeling of a curse haunted me, making me realize that death was not an option.
Ultimately, what initially felt like a "bad trip" turned out to be the ultimate "good trip." The suffering forced me to search deeper, leading me to conscious breathwork. Through it, I restored my catastrophic health condition back to complete balance.
From my very first breathwork session, I knew: this is my path. I experienced an immensely powerful vibration throughout my whole body, and as it settled, my body entered a state of absolute, total peace. Right then, I realized that feeling this calm was actually possible! It didn't happen overnight until the lasting calm settled —it required many sessions and navigating different practitioners until I found my mentor, with whom I continue to learn and refine my practice into my fifth year. I took that thing seriously, I joined the conscious breatwork therapist training program.
Breathwork gives me a chance to look into how the universe operates and how interconnected everything is. It validated and still is upgrading my understanding of energy, human physiology, anatomy, brain mechanics, attachments, trauma, and how unhealed ancestral wounds are passed down through generations.
I mastered all of this through conscious connected breathing and my teachers at the Inbreath.org institute, where I am a proud certified facilitator.
Since joining the institute, I have fully dedicated my life to conscious breathwork. I used to think holding space for people wasn't for me, but it turns out I was born for this.
I am deeply passionate about what I do!

Certifications & Qualifications
“My priority is quality and depth, not numbers. I am not someone who will get up on stage and give a presentation to a hundred people, leaving them to figure out on their own what applies to them. I work with the unique core and subtleties of each individual, offering a tailored approach and deep immersion into their specific journey. This requires time and full presence—which is why the number of spaces in my group sessions and retreats is strictly limited to a maximum of 10 people.”
