Why Frequency of Breath?

Frequency of Breath is the practice of Romans Klintsons (Romich), a certified Integrative Breathwork Facilitator based in Latvia and working internationally.

His work combines conscious connected breathing, somatic practices, Voice Dialogue and guided inner exploration to help people explore their relationship with the body, emotions, patterns and consciousness.

Just as every person has a unique way of moving through the world, every person has a unique relationship with their breath.

Our breathing changes with our emotional state, our environment, our relationships and the demands placed on us. Sometimes it becomes shallow. Sometimes tense. Sometimes we stop noticing it altogether.

The breath can become a doorway into experiences that are difficult to access through thinking alone.

Through conscious breathwork and somatic exploration, we can begin to notice how the body responds, where we hold tension, how we protect ourselves, and what patterns may be asking to be understood.

The aim is not to force a breakthrough or to make you become someone else. It is to create the conditions in which you can meet yourself more fully.

Because lasting change begins with awareness — and with the ability to stay present with what is here.

My approach

The body is part of the conversation.

My work brings together conscious integrative breathwork, somatic practices, nervous-system awareness and guided inner exploration.

I don't believe there is one method that works the same way for everyone.

Some people need to slow down.
Some need to reconnect with their body.
Some need space to feel what they have learned to suppress.
Others are ready to explore deeper questions of identity, meaning and consciousness.

I help create a grounded space where you can explore it for yourself.

Depending on the person and the process, our work may include conscious connected breathing, somatic awareness, Voice Dialogue, emotional exploration, reflection and integration.

The approach is individualized, experiential and grounded in the principle that you remain the authority of your own experience.

A SPACE TO GO DEEPER

Whether we work in a quiet room, in nature or under the open sky, the quality of the space matters.

I aim to create an environment that is grounded, attentive and carefully held — where you can explore your experience without pressure to perform, explain or achieve a particular outcome.

There is room for intensity, but also for slowing down.

Room for difficult emotions, but also for silence.

Room for the unknown, without having to force an interpretation.

We can go deep — but we don't go blindly.
