❋
Saturday, October 17 | 6pm Sunday, October 18 | 6pm
When daily pressure, chronic stress, and mental overload build up, one of the most powerful things you can give yourself is space to pause.
No performance. No masks. No need to "hold it together."
Just space to breathe, slow down, and explore what is happening within you.
This October, I am coming to Cork to facilitate two intimate Conscious Connected Breathwork group sessions.
Why Breathwork?
When the same patterns or reactions keep repeating in your life, it can be difficult to understand why — even when you have thought about them many times before.
Sometimes, understanding something intellectually is not enough. The body may respond in familiar ways before the conscious mind has a chance to catch up.
Breathwork offers an opportunity to explore this through direct experience — becoming more aware of physical sensations, emotions, reactions, and patterns that may be difficult to access through thinking alone.
Perhaps you know exactly what the problem is, and yet still feel stuck.
Perhaps you understand what needs to change, but something keeps pulling you back toward what is familiar.
Or perhaps you simply feel that something in your life is asking to be explored more deeply.
This is where INNER RADAR comes in.
Your breath acts as an inner radar — helping you notice what is happening within you and explore the depth of experience you are ready to meet in this moment.
The intention is not to force a breakthrough or push through resistance.
It is to create enough awareness, presence, and space for something new to become possible.
When:
Saturday, October 17 | 6pm
Sunday, October 18 | 6pm
Location:
The Yoga Space
Unit 11 Sunberry, Blarney, Cork, T23 FX53
Group Size:
Strictly limited to 10 participants per session to allow for individual attention, guidance, and a carefully held group experience.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat
A small pillow
A warm blanket
A water bottle
A gentle note on showing up:
You don't need to feel calm, positive, or "ready" to attend.
If you feel exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself — you can bring exactly that with you.
There is nothing you need to fix before you arrive.
During the session, we create space to meet what is present with curiosity rather than judgment.
You may experience emotion, physical sensations, deep relaxation, insight, stillness — or something completely different.
Relief isn't a requirement to begin. There is no particular outcome you need to achieve.
Please note: The container requires complete sobriety. Participants must be fully sober and free from alcohol, plant medicines, and other mind-altering substances before the session.
Come as you are.
See you in the breath.
Not all breathwork is created equal.
I’ve guided large breathwork events with over 20 participants, but I found that format lacking depth. It leaves no room to address individual needs or provide proper guidance. Working in small groups allows me to be significantly more effective and offer the personalized attention you actually need.
I believe real healing happens in the details.
That’s why my upcoming sessions in Cork (INNER RADAR) are strictly limited to 10 participants.
Rather than a mass-guided routine, I offer an assisted somatic experience. In an intimate setting, we have the space and safety to look at what’s underneath the surface — addressing the exact body patterns holding you back.
INNER RADAR isn't a loud, mass-guided class where you get lost in the noise. It is an assisted, trauma-informed space where every detail of your process is met with care and guidance.
