The Wild Atlantic Way Retreat: IRELAND

What to Expect

An immersive 14-day journey along the raw, wild Atlantic coast of Ireland. Designed as four distinct phases, I guide you to connect your breath with the grounding presence of the land—moving through rugged mountains, ancient ocean cliffs, mystical valleys, and sea islands to deeply reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.

Our journey begins in Dublin before traveling south into the ancient green valleys of Kerry and Dingle, grounding our energy amidst coastal mountains. Ascending north along the Wild Atlantic Way, we encounter the iconic cliffs of Moher and the vast landscapes of Connemara, opening space for perspective and inner clarity. Moving into the dramatic sea stacks and quiet valleys of Mayo and Sligo, we drop into deeper personal transformation, before settling into Belfast and the northern coast to integrate and restore before returning home.

Throughout this entire journey, conscious breathwork will be our core practice—guiding us through every landscape, releasing stored physical tension, and creating space for deep personal transformation.

The Journey Breakdown:

  • PHASE 1 — Kerry & Dingle Peninsula: Grounding into nature, anchoring into the physical body, and deep emotional release amidst ancient green valleys and mountain lakes.

  • PHASE 2 — Cliffs of Moher & Connemara: Expanding perspective, breathing with the coastal winds, and connecting with the wild, untamed Atlantic coast.

  • PHASE 3 — Mayo & Sligo Coastline: Deepening transformation, clearing old patterns, and finding stillness amidst dramatic ocean cliffs and quiet valleys.

  • PHASE 4 — Northern Coast & Belfast: Fluidity, deep integration, and relaxing by the sea to absorb the journey before returning home.

❋ Conscious Breathwork

Deep, intentional breathing is the core engine of my retreats. Through guided, high-intensity breathwork sessions, I help you release stored physical tension, clear emotional blockages, and expand self-awareness.

❋ Immersive Environments

I carefully select raw, powerful natural landscapes—from Atlantic cliffside walks and ancient sea stacks to quiet valleys—allowing the surrounding environment to amplify your inner journey and transformation.

❋ Safe & Grounded Space

Your physical and emotional safety is my highest priority. I build a compassionate, non-judgmental container with clear boundaries, allowing you to fully surrender to the experience.

❋ Deep Integration

A powerful experience needs proper integration. I hold intentional space for stillness, personal reflection, and grounding practices, ensuring you return home with clarity and lasting change.

"Step into the raw Atlantic coast, align with your breath, and quiet the noise of daily life."

Journeying north along the Wild Atlantic Way, we explore the iconic cliffs of Moher on foot and enter the raw, wide-open landscapes of Connemara. Here, we breathe with the Atlantic winds and open space for clarity, self-awareness, and emotional lightness.

In our final days, the pace slows down as we travel through Northern Ireland and Belfast. Through gentle breathwork and reflection by the sea, I hold space for deep integration—allowing your experience to settle fully before we return to Dublin for our flights home.

  • My journey along the Wild Atlantic Way was much more than just travelling from one place to another. It became a journey inward — a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself. Through the breathwork sessions, I was able to open up about things I had carried inside me for many years — things I had never spoken about before. Some of the emotions were difficult and painful, but I felt safe enough to face them, talk about them, and slowly begin to let them go. What made the experience especially powerful was the way you guided me. You didn’t give me the answers — you asked the right questions, allowing me to see my own experiences from a different perspective. There were moments when something that had caused me pain for years suddenly looked completely different, and I found myself laughing instead of hurting. During the journey, I was able to forgive people, release old emotions, and, perhaps most importantly, begin forgiving myself. I felt lighter — emotionally and physically. By the end, I noticed a real difference in my mood, my energy and the way I carried myself. It felt as if a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. The Wild Atlantic Way itself became part of the experience. The ocean, the landscapes, the movement and the breathwork all came together to create space for reflection and transformation. I came into this journey carrying a lot inside me, and I left feeling lighter, more open and more connected to myself. It wasn’t about changing everything overnight. It was about taking the first real steps towards freedom, peace and being able to simply be myself. I am very grateful for this journey and for the space you created for me to experience it.
