Nutrition: Avoid heavy meals for at least 1.5–2 hours before the session.

Substances: Refrain from alcohol or mind-altering substances for at least 24 hours prior to the session.

Mind & Body: Transformation often begins before the session even starts. You might experience a headache, an upset stomach, or a sudden mood drop right before your first session. Know that you don't have to feel good before the session—you will feel good after.

How should I prepare for a session?

No, everything you need (mats, blankets, and bolsters) will be provided for you. Just bring yourself in comfortable clothing, and optionally a bottle of water.
